Meet Tuk In Foods: From Curry-in-a-Naan to Nationwide Success

We’re thrilled to welcome Tuk In Foods to our April 2025 batch - a bold, flavour-packed food brand bringing authentic Indian street food to the UK in a convenient, modern format.

Meet Tuk In Foods: From Curry-in-a-Naan to Nationwide Success

From Sandwiches to Street Food Stars

Founded in 2015, Tuk In Foods was born out of a desire to disrupt the bland lunchtime sandwich market with something vibrant, satisfying, and packed with flavour. Their flagship product, the Curry-in-a-Naan, combines delicious, home-style Indian curry sealed in fluffy naan bread - the ultimate grab-and-go experience that feels indulgent yet familiar.

Pivoting with Purpose

When the pandemic hit and the food-to-go market stalled, Tuk In didn’t miss a beat. Within two weeks, they had launched a fully functional online store offering freshly made ready meals and Indian snacks delivered directly to customers’ doors. Their agility, quality, and commitment to flavour earned them a loyal customer base, reflected in over 300 five-star reviews on Reviews.io.

Expanding the Range

Today, Tuk In has grown far beyond its original offering. Their range now includes ready meals inspired by traditional Indian thalis and tiffins, superfood Bombay mix snacks, handmade samosas, and flavour-packed meal pots. They’ve also launched their own line of authentic Indian condiments like Mango Chutney, Hot Mango Chutney, and Lime Pickle - all made in their Leicester kitchen.

Curry with Care

Whether you’re trying their Keralan Chicken Curry Naan Wrap - infused with coconut milk, kachumber salad, and mint raita - or indulging in their snackable Bombay mix packed with fruit, nuts, and superfoods, every product is prepared with real ingredients, bold spices, and a home-cooked ethos. Tuk In’s mission is simple: to deliver restaurant-quality Indian food that’s as easy to eat as it is to love.

A Brand on the Rise

With growing demand, product innovation, and nationwide delivery already in place, Tuk In Foods is now positioning itself as the UK’s fastest-growing curry creator. From convenience stores to home kitchens, their brand is bringing authentic Indian flavours to more people than ever before - and the journey is just heating up.

Now part of our April investment round, Tuk In Foods offers an exciting opportunity to back a brand that’s already proven its resilience, appeal, and growth potential!
